When will my email be answered?
We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours, however we have a very small team working here, which allows us to keep our prices low for our customers, so please allow up to 2 business days for your email to be answered.
When will my order ship?
During this busy holiday season we strive to get orders out in 2-3 business days, however please allow up to 5 business days to ship your items. We do use the USPS so once the item is shipped it should be received in 2-3 business days.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days from the time the item was delivered to you.
How do I return my item?
Please email email@example.com to receive an RA # and return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping. Please be sure and keep your tracking number until you have seen the refund processed. We are not responsible for the product until tracking shows it has reached our facility.
When are returns not accepted?
Items will not be accepted that are past the 14 day return policy, have been worn, are damaged or dirty, or any items that have been marked as “Final Sale.”
When will my refund be processed?
All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the arrival of the item.
Why was my order cancelled?
Our inventory changes VERY rapidly, which unfortunately can result in some cancelled orders or backorders. We try to keep up as much as possible, but especially during our busy season items that are ordered could be out of stock. Your order will only be cancelled in the event that we are out of stock on the item you ordered, in which case an email will be sent to you before we cancel the item. At that time you can decide if you would like to wait for the item to come back in stock, be refunded or substitute a different item.
